Island Brothers Catering & Carry-Out is owned and run by brothers Michael and Steven Pasquantonio. We’ve been cooking for Topsail Island since 2002, and after more than 20 years, we still take the same pride in our food and service as we did on our first event.
Over the years, we’ve catered just about every kind of gathering on the island: beachfront weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate retreats, family reunions, birthday parties and week-long vacations with the whole family. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for a dozen or a reception for hundreds, every event gets the same attention, from planning the menu to the last plate served.
We know the coast, the venues and what it takes to serve a great meal in a beach setting, whether that’s in a rental house kitchen, on a sound-front lawn or right on the sand. Our goal is simple: take the food off your plate so you can enjoy the people you’re with.
